Ginette Beardsell is a high profile broker in the real estate business since 1998. She is working in the Montreal area and in the West Island of Montreal. Fully bilingual, she shows a particular ability to work with either buyers or vendors with an acquired capacity to negotiate effectively on either side in order to make a fair deal for both sides.

She is very deeply involved in the real estate business: Director on the Board of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB) since 2005, also director on the Centris provincial executive committee. President of all the residential and commercial regional groups, representing approximately 9500 active brokers of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board.

Since the first day Ginette is helping owners and buyers with an exceptional service accompanied by a a remarkable and sustained dedication.

Previous to her career in real estate, she created and operated CompuTIPS Training, specializing in the installation of hardware and software plus business software training. With a Business Management degree from John Abbott College and a DEC in Computer Science from the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (Ontario), and from the Université de Chicoutimi, she spent many years helping brokers before joining real estate. She also pursued a Bachelor’s degree in music at Université de Montréal.
